60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Eligibility: Unopened or defective products returned within 60 days from the purchase date.
- Action: Eligible for a full refund.
1-Year Product Warranty
- Eligibility: Defective products returned within 1 year from the purchase date.
- Action: Eligible for a refund or free replacement.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns or exchanges. Please contact us to obtain an RMA. Without an RMA, returns or replacements cannot be processed. Please provide:

- Cartridge number
- Quantity of defective cartridges
- Reason for return
- Pictures (if possible)

- Special Discounts: If you encounter issues with our products, we may offer special discounts on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
- Replacement: For defective or unacceptable products, we will provide free replacements after strict inspection to ensure quality. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund over a replacement or discount, we will process it upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds typically display on your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
Returning Defective Products
- Eligibility: Defective products returned within 1 year from the purchase date.

  3. We may request you to return the defective products using a shipping label we provide.

- Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping fee for defective products by providing a pre-paid return label.
Returning Non-Defective Products
- Eligibility: Unopened and saleable products in their original packaging, returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Process:
  1. Contact us to inform us of your intention to return.
  2. Return the products using the shipping label we provide.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective products. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-quality-related returns to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Incorrectly Ordered Products
If you realize you've ordered the wrong products:
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to cancel the order at no charge.
- In Transit: We will attempt to recall the package. If unsuccessful, please reject the package upon delivery. Shipping costs for rejected packages are the customer's responsibility.
- After Delivery: If unopened, contact us to obtain an RMA and return the products using the provided label. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
Lost Packages
If you haven't received your order or only received part of it within 30 days of the original order date, please contact us. We will send a free replacement from the warehouse closest to you.
Firmware Updates and Compatibility
Some printer manufacturers may implement firmware updates that block third-party cartridges. We recommend setting your printer updates to manual to maintain compatibility with our products. Our warranty does not cover issues arising from firmware updates that interfere with cartridge functionality.
Packaging Variations
We offer products in both branded and plain packaging. While we strive to provide branded packaging, plain packaging may be used when branded versions are out of stock. Rest assured, the quality and performance of the products remain the same.
